All patients will be required to create a password in order to access their EngagedMD account.
How to create a password:
1. Navigate to the clinic portal. Once on the login homepage, click on the “Forgot your password?” link below the “Login” button.
Note: If you have a gmail account, you may click "Sign in with Google" and forgo creating a password.
2. You will then be asked to provide the email address for your account to receive a link to reset the password.
3. Within the email, click on the link to reset the password and enter the new password.
Once confirmed, the new password can be used to login to the EngagedMD portal moving forward.
