How do I reset my password(staff)?

For staff members who have forgotten their password to the EngagedMD portal, regaining access is simple and secure.

Steps:

1. Navigate to the clinic portal. Once on the login homepage,  click on the “Forgot your password?” link below the “Login” button.

2. You will then be asked to provide the email address for your account to receive a link to reset the password.

3. Within the email,  click on the link to reset the password.

4. You will be able to enter a new password that meets the security requirements.

Once confirmed, the new password can be used to log in to the EngagedMD portal moving forward.
