The care team consists of clinic members involved in the patient’s care journey. These members are listed by name and role (e.g., doctor, nurse) and are visible in the patient’s record across all episodes.
Steps:
1. Navigate to the patient record either through the universal search or Care > All Patients.
2. Select the "Care Team" tab
3. Click the “Add Care Team Member” button on the right-hand side
4. Select the intended Episode of Care
5. Find the care team member
6. Click "Add"
7. To remove a care team member, click the 3 dots to the right of the care team member and select the "Remove" button.
Notes:
- If there are assignments associated with the care team member, they cannot be removed from that episode.
