By default, the Markup function is on for all forms. Clinics can turn Markup off as needed, which allows for greater clinic-level control of their form preferences.
Steps:
1. Access Library > Forms > Choose a Form
2. Configure > Actions > Advanced Options
3. Uncheck "Recipients can edit documents" to turn Markup off for the form.
4. Repeat on each form as needed.
