Checklist Homepage Overview
The EngagedMD patient portal is where you can complete all your assignments, such as eLearn modules and eSign forms. It is designed in a simple checklist view divided between "To Do" and "Done".
What do I do?
1. Complete “To Do” Assignments
The "To Do" section is the first part of the checklist and includes all assignments that you have to do.
The "Next 7 Days" section shows tasks with due dates in the next seven days.
Below the “Next 7 days” section, you will see “Additional Tasks”, with due dates beyond seven days as well as tasks that don’t have specific due dates.
For each “To Do” task there is a task card that shows in the checklist including the following information:
- Task type/label (e.g., Learn, Sign) - Indicates the type of assignment
- Task name (e.g., Intro to Fertilization, Sign IVF Consent Form) - Indicates the assignment name
-
Calendar icon/Due Date - If there is a due date it will be shown here.
- Shows in red if due date is overdue
- No calendar icon or date is shown if no due date
2. Complete any "Locked" Assignments
When a "To Do" task is locked by another task or person, a locked icon will appear on the top right corner of the task card. To complete the task, you can click on the locked icon, and a screen will direct you to the prerequisite task to complete.
Note: When a module is locked, the “Please complete all prerequisite tasks” screen comes up indicating it is locked by another task or a person. When a form is locked due to another person (e.g., primary or related patient) needing to sign first, the “Awaiting other signatures” screen shows up. A form can also be locked due to another task, in which case the “Please complete all prerequisite tasks” screen would be shown.
3. Review “Done” Assignments
Within the “Done” portion of the checklist, you can review tasks that have been completed and no longer need your attention if canceled or voided.
Note: Completed tasks cards show a icon on the top right of the task card.
Voided and canceled task cards show a icon on the top right of the task card.
