How do I access my assignments (Forms and Modules)?

Overview:  Patients can access assignments (Forms and Modules) through the EngagedMD portal by viewing the checklist on the homepage.

Steps:

1. Login to the EngagedMD patient portal.
2. View the assignments listed on the checklist under “To Do”.
3. Select as assignment to access the assignment for review/completion.
