How do I sign forms with SMS verification?

Overview: When you sign a form, you may be required to verify your identity via short message service (SMS) text if your clinic has added it to the Form authentication.  

Steps

1. Click on the “Sign” task on the checklist and then select “Sign Forms”.
2. You will be redirected to the SMS authentication screen Once directed to the SMS authentication screen, select the phone number for the text to be sent to and click the “Send SMS” button.
3. A code will be texted to the phone number selected and  should be entered in the field on the screen, 
4. Select “Confirm Code” to complete the SMS authentication.
5.  Once the SMS verification is completed, you will return to the checklist to complete the “Sign” task.
