Viewing the platform status
To check the current status of the EngagedMD platform, click here to visit the EngagedMD Status Webpage.
This webpage shows the current status of the EngagedMD Legacy Platform and the EngagedMD Care Experience Platform. “Operational” means there are no status issues. Past incidents are listed daily. For any incidents reported, the status from identification to resolution are shown.
At the bottom of the past incidents section, the “Incident History” can be selected to view summaries of previous months.
Subscribing to updates
Users who want to subscribe to email notifications of platform status updates can sign up on the Status Page.
Steps:
- Select the “Subscribe to Updates” button on the top right of the status page.
- For email notifications, click on the mail/envelope tab, enter email address, and click “Subscribe via email” to receive email notifications whenever EngagedMD creates, updates, or resolves an incident
- For Slack notifications, click on the slack icon, and then select “Subscribe via Slack” to get incident updates and maintenance status changes in Slack.
- Options also exist to visit the Support site or to view Atom or RSS feeds by clicking on the respective tabs.
