Patients will receive an email with a link to activate their account.
Steps:
- Check for email from “EngagedMD CLINIC NAME”. If unable to find the email in your inbox, check the spam folder.
- Select the link in the email to be directed to the screen to login for the first time. If you use Gmail, you will have to login using those email credentials.
- Username will be the patient’s email address.
- Patients will be able to set up their password by clicking the email set up link in their email or within the login screen using the “Forgot your password” prompts to create a password.
