Clinics can set timezone preferences as a default setting across the clinic-level. Patients can select the practice’s timezone default or may override it based on their preference.
How does it work?
Clinics can set timezone preference by contacting the EngagedMD Support Team. The EngagedMD team will change the timezone preference for the clinic and it will become the new default setting.

Once selected, the timezone setting will show up across the staff portal for all timestamps, such as date and time signed, when a reminder email is sent, etc.
