Patients can choose to keep the practice’s timezone or may override it based on their preference.
How does it work?
- Login to the EngagedMD portal.
- Select “Account” on the bottom left navigation.
- Under “Main Settings” select “Timezone Preferences”.
- Select the timezone preference from the dropdown menu, and then click “Save”.
Once selected, the timezone setting will show up across the patient portal for all timestamps on assignments completed, such as assignment due dates and the date and time a task was completed.
