Overview
This article outlines how to change the Staff Signer on a form from the Assignments tab within a Patient Record. This may be necessary if responsibilities shift or a form was initially assigned in error.
Note: Staff Signers can be changed after markup is initiated, if enabled for your clinic. If you encounter an error (see below) while attempting to change the signer on a marked-up form, please reach out to our Support Team for assistance.
Steps
- Navigate to the Patient record by searching for the patient’s name.
- From the “Assignments" tab, select the Form you want to update.
- When the “Form Details” drawer opens, click the current Staff Signer’s name.
- Select the new Staff Signer from the list of users.
- Select “Yes, change signer” when the confirmation pop-up appears.
- A “Signer successfully updated!” message will appear.
